It is about 50 miles outside of Torino, Italy in the Peidmont Region of the beautiful Monferrato hills. A 17th century "palazzo" has been transformed into a modern and elegant country hotel. An Italian country breakfast is included. A wide variety of local wines, espresso and more are available at the bar.

The area is home of many of Italy's finest wines including Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera, Brachetto, Gavi, Asti, Grignolino, Dolcetto and Moscato . Monferrato hills area includeso over 40 DOC and 6 DOCG wines. There are wine producers who offer wine tastings within 5 minutes of the hotel.

The English owners provide warmth, help with anything Italian and even make arrangements for visits to the local winery's, rental cars and/or transportation form the train station in Asti or Nitzi. There is a TV room, ouTD valign="top"oor pool overlooking the beautiful vindyards and a bar for wine, cocktails and espresso. Great palce for romantic get away or a family vacation.
